Combine flour and cocoa; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture. *
Mix well after each addition.
Pour batter into a wellgreased 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 45 minutes or until cake tests done.
Cool in pan 15 minutes; remove from pan and let cake cool completely.

Spread jam on top of cake and top with whipped cream.
Note: You can make two round layer cakes and spread jam and whipped cream oa one layer. * *
Then place second layer q$ top and spread jam and creai^ over it. I like it better this way
