People who visit the library can choose a child from the tree. The stocking cut-out decorations hanging on the tree have the information listed above. There is no monetary limit either high or low for a gift or gifts.
Brown said she chooses a child each year and buys a toy and an outfit which she leaves the tags on for exchange or return.
