3 cups flour (all-purpose) 1/4 teaspoon salt 3 cups sugar 2 teaspoon lemon extract Cream together butter, oil, sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beat well after each one. Add flour and milk, alternating. Beat well after each addition, beginning and ending with flour. Add salt and extract. Blend well. Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
