The object of this suit is as follows: to partition the real estate that Lucy Jordan Curtis died seized and possessed containing 0.18 acre, more or less, located in the Village of Flint Hill, Wakefield Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia. An affidavit having been made and filed that the following is not a resident of the State of Virginia, and that her last known post office address is correctly set forth opposite her name listed below:

And the bill stating that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of this cause, whose names are unknown and making them parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, an affidavit having been made and filed that they are unknown.

It is ORDERED that the said non-resident defendant, Elizabeth Anne (Emma) Ausberry, and any other UNKNOWN HEIRS, devisees and successors in title, if any such there be, and/ or any unknown parlies having any interest in the real estate of which Lucy Jordan Curtis died seized and possessed, whose names and addresses are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, are hereby required to appear on or before January 12, 1998 and do what may be necessary to protect their interests.

It is further ORDERED that this Order of Publication be published once a week for four successive weeks in the RAPPAHANNOCK NEWS.
