Volunteer Rescue Squad is having its annual Valentine’s dinner on Saturday, Feb. 14 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the Rappahannock County Elementary School. The meal will consist of half barbecued chicken with wild rice, mashed potatoes, peas, rolls, garden salad, homemade desserts and beverages. Prices are $8.50 for adults; couples $16 and children eight and under $4.50. The meal will be prepared by Pat Jenkins and Company. Birthday wishes from the community to Katherine Elizabeth (Katie) Baldwin, who will celebrate her first on Feb. 13. Katie is the daughter of Richie and Linda Baldwin.
