school building being used as it is, how could it be inferred that RCHS space was being used in a “less efficient” manner?
In summary, the article of Jan. 28, misrepresented by omission the change in enrollment, understated the growth in programs while it overstated new space provided, and misrepresented the current crowded condition at the high school. The best way to determine the RCHS physical space condition for yourself is to visit the school. As a citizen you are welcome to visit the school upon arrangement with the principal.
