PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15 1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 2, 1998 at 7 00 p.m, in the Courthouse in Washington Virginia to Consider the following applications:

Mrs Bertie Pullen, P O Box 148. Flint Hill Virginia, desires to sell approximately 73 acres of a parcel of 79 21 acres adjoining her property on the east side, retaining approximately 6 21 acres with a residence: boundary line adiustment of '1acre to son, leaving approximately 5,21 acres Tax Map 12, Parcel 48, zoned Agricultural and Conservation, in Wakefield District, located near Route 663. Special exception to create a parcel of less than 25 acres allowed under Section 170-37 of the Rappahannock County Code
