Need a quick, but satisfying supper to squeeze in between soccer practice and open house at school? Top a frittata with your favorite ingredients, perhaps ham, green pepper and sharp Cheddar and then roll it up in a large flour tortilla. Served with salsa, guacamole, and sour cream, it is the perfect quick meal that will appeal to all ages.

When you need to entice reluctant "volunteers” into tackling the annual leaf raking chores, give them some incentive by first offering a tempting breakfast or lunch. Try layering two eggs in a custard cup with some bits of cooked bacon or leftover vegetables and cheese. When it’s almost done baking, top with some extra cheese. Who could resist this kind of bribe?
