on Richmond’s fairground they took a poll where folks voted for eggs, their favorite way of enjoying them, that is. Scrambled eggs turned out to be the favorite for folks polled at the food festival. Here is the way to make your scrambled eggs perfect, every time.
* Combine eggs well in a bowl, doesn’t matter if you use a whisk or a fork, just get all the white mixed thoroughly with the yolk.
* Add milk, one tablespoon per egg plus a dash of salt and pepper
* Using a non-stick skillet will help get all the egg out of the pan plus it insures easy clean up
* Heat skillet over medium
* Melt a bit of margarine, butter or cooking oil in the pan, you won’t need much if you’re using a non-stick skillet
* Pour egg into hot pan, and as soon as the egg starts to set, start moving it around slowly with a spatula or pan
