The Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board, a human services organization, will receive sealed proposals tor the purpose of contracting with one contractor to provide a Class and Compensation Study. Request for Proposal package, Number 9811, will be available October 21, 1998 from Brenda Lockhart, Procurement Manager, Culpeper, VA 22701, telephone number 540-825-3100, Extension 3143. The sealed Request for Proposals must be returned by 4:30 P.M., November 13, 1998 at their office at P.O. Box 1568, 15361 Bradford Road, Culpeper, Virginia. The Board reserves the right to cancel this Request for Proposal or reject proposals at any time prior to an award, to waive any or all formalities or technicalities, and to accept the proposal deemed to be most advantageous to the Board.
