ORDER OF PUBLICATION This is an action to sell the real estate mentioned above to collect delinquent real estate taxes owed to the County of Rappahannock, Virginia. It appears that Caroline V. Estes, a child of Absalom Estes, died intestate, unmarried, and without descendants prior to 1920 owning a 1/4 interest in the subject land, and her interest has passed to her siblings and their descendants. Her siblings were: Columbus Estes, Sarah Estes Gore, Mary Estes Simms, John Estes, William Estes, Augusta Estes, Robert Estes, G. Melvilla Estes Racer, Lucy m’ Estes, and Martha Estes Gore, all of whom are believed to be dead. The descendants and successors in interest of these people may have an interest in the subiect property. It further appears that G. Melvilla Estes Racer, a child of Absalom Estes, sister to Caroline V. Estes, and wife of James A. Racer, died owning a 1/4 interest in this property Her heirs were Ada James Racer Huff and Richard W, Racer, both of whom are believed dead. The descendants and successors in interest of these people may have an interest in the subject property. All persons, including all unknown parties, claiming an interest in said land are required to appear in the Circuit Court for Rappahannock County in Washington, Virginia, and protect their interests on or before 10 November 1998 This order shall be published once a week for two successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, shall be posted at the front door of the courthouse for the Circuit Court for Rappahannock County, Virginia, and shall be mailed to each Defendant whose post office address is given above.
