Everybody wanted to

race or bumper tag. Is

a Ferrari really fast?

F. Scott Seegers

Caddy that had just blown by.

People would pull out in front of me and make left turns across my land because they didn’t see me. Everybody wanted to race or bumper tag. Is a Ferrari really fast? Let’s find out!

One day I came out of a McDonalds and found a beautiful young lady of about 16 had climbed into the passenger seat. “Give me a ride,” she demanded. I told her I would provided she went home and got her parents so they could meet me — a sprightly 40-yearold at the time. She got out.

“Driving through an economically depressed area, people would throw epithets and the occasional rock at me. TVuck drivers would look at me in their rear-view mirrors then spit a big wad of tobacco juice as I drove by. Fortunately the car was brown.”

“Taking into all of these tribulations and trials (literally) would I ever want -to own another Ferrari? You bet I would!”
