I am writing to support the
candidacy of Roger Welch for the position of supervisor from the Wakefield District.
I have known Roger for many years and admire his willingness to serve his community in many capacities. In addition to serving on the board of directors of the Rappahannock Lions Club he was appointed vice president. He has coached little league baseball, soccer and basketball. He was a charter member, treasurer, vice president and president of the RCHS Athletic Boosters.
