Rappahannock Roads Coalition is simple: to reempower residents to make decisions on the fate of their roads — power that was removed from them in 1932 when the Commonwealth took control of all secondary roads.

The coalition believes that it can reverse the attitude of “Why bother, it’s just going to happen anyway,” and reinvest county residents in the: belief that they are key in the decision-making process.
