Notice is hereby given that the RAAC Board of Directors will vote on amendments to the existing by-laws at the next regular RAAC Board of Directors meeting. The meeting will be held on March 24th in the Rappahannock Library at 7:30 P.M. All RAAC members are invited and encouraged to participate in the by-laws amendment process. Copies of the proposed by-laws may be obtained through the RAAC web page (www.raac.org) or from Ellen Manson on 540-675-1349.
