Rosenbaum does love to play the guitar — he’s done a few gigs in his time. But he would rather focus on building his restaurant’s clientele base and their satisfaction them on strumming a few tunes now and then.
Perhaps Rosenbaum will play at open mike night, a tradition he plans to continue at the Blue Moon.
