Louise Virginia Richards, 72, of Luray, wife of the Rev. C. Wayne Richards, pastor of Black Oak Regular Baptist Church in Culpeper, died on Saturday, March 6 at Page Memorial Hospital in Luray.
She was born July 9, 1926 in Luray. ; Mrs. Richards was an inspector at Blue Bell.
On Nov. 29, 1947, she martied the Rev. Charles Wayne Richards.
