entirely out-of-doors. Grand opening planned
On Saturday night of the first week, probably in mid-April, the new Blue Moon will feature a gala grand opening with music provided by The Mystery Band, who has agreed to sign on for a rare public performance.
Rosenbaum will keep the restaurant rocking — he is in the process of identifying and signing local and national acts for the Friday night acoustic and folk sessions and the Saturday night rock-and-roll. He is also looking for host& for Thursday open mike nights.
Rosenbaum is here to stay, and he has already received the benefit of suggestions, assistance and support from local residents and business owners, including Lauren Parker and Chaz Greene, Brian Ross, Smiggy Smith, and Rae Ross.
And he wants to attract folks from all around Rappahannock, from neighboring counties, and from D.C. and its suburbs to enjoy both the dining and the music.
