RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA

PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of thJe 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 5, 1999 at 7:00 pm in thte Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application:

SE #99-02-01 Joseph and Roxanne Miller, owners of Tax Map 2, Parcel 14C, Wakefield District, zoned “A" - Agricultural, (through their agent, John Delmare) desire to subdivide 164.6026 acres into six (6) parcels. Use allowed under Section 170-36(A) of the Rappahannock County Code - Residential lot development greater than three(3) lots cumulative since 1973.

A COPY of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Said application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, March 17, 1999 at seven-thirty in the evening at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any. The above-named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties desiring to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Board of Supervisors, c/o P.O. Box 519, Washington, Virginia 22747, in advance thereof.
