Mrs. Louise Ellis Miller, 91, daughter of the late Robert Stapleton and Bessie Watts Ellis, of Orange County died Oct. 31 in Tappahannock.
She was predeceased by her husband, D. Lyle Miller Jr. of Rappahannock County; a brother James R. Ellis of Orange and a sister, Mary Garnett Ellis Ware of Ware’s Wharf.
She is survived by two nieces, Ellis Ware of Richmond and Jean Garver, also of Richmond.
Mrs. Miller attended St. Agnes Episcopal School and Farmville College and taught for pver 20 years in Rappahannock County schools.
She was a member of Ellisville Memorial Church in Orangte.
Memorial services will be > held Saturday, Nov. 6 at 11 a.m. at St. Paul’s Episcopal Cemetery in Woodville. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Orange and Essex County Rescue Squads or the donor’s favorite charity.
