PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 6, 1999 at 7:00 pm in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application:
ZONING AMENDMENT #99-10-02
Mr and Mrs. David F. Gillis desire to amend the
Zoning Ordinance to allow Residential Care
Facilities, Major, in “C” (Conservation) zoning by
Special Exception. Existing additional standards
to apply Request made in accordance with
Section 170-134 of the Rappahannock County
Code. y
A COPY of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Said application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, November 17, 1999 at seven-thirty in the evening at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for sucn recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55. if any. The above-named applicant, adjacent property owners, and any other parties desiring to be heard should be present at said meeting or should address their written comments to the Board of Supervisors, c/o P.O.
