Culpeper and Rappahannock County livestock producers are eligible to enroll in the Livestock Assistance Program (LAP). This program is being offered to compensate producers for losses to pastures due to drought conditions. The sign up will run now through Jan. 21. Eligible producers must have suffered a 40 percent or greater loss to normal pasture from May 1-Nov. 15, 1999.
