REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL The Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board, a human services organization, will receive sealed proposals for the purpose of contracting with multiple contractors to provide Physical, Occupation and Speech/Language Therapy to children, ages birth through two, in the counties of Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange and Rappahannock. Request for Proposal packages are available at the Procurement Office, 15361 Bradford Road, Culpeper, VA 22701, telephone number 540-825-3100, Extension 3143. The Request for Proposal must be returned by 4:30 P.M., Wednesday, February 16, 2000.
