The fourth phase, lasting eight to nine weeks, provides final design documents and construction plans for the gateway project improvements. The Cox Company is to provide the Sperryville Gateway Committee with existing conditions maps, reconnaissance and site analysis maps, and the final master plan package for the study area.
The Cox Company will also provide construction plans, profiles, and specifications for each of the 25 areas of improvements: the footbridge, parking, etc.
