Mr. and Mrs. Albert M. Kellert of Amissville are pleased to announce the marriage of their daughter, Amy Evan, to Thomas Jackson Payette, son of Mrs. Elizabeth Taylor Payette of Rapidan and Dr. and Mrs. John Joy Payette, Jr. of Reva.

The double ring candlelit ceremony was held at 6:30 p.m. on May 20, 2000 in the Victorian Garden of Gray Ghost Winery. A reception followed also in the garden.

Rev. Wayman L. Still of Beautiful Saviour Lutheran Church in Sarasota Springs, Fla. officiated the ceremony.

Mrs. Carolyn Kellert Griffiths accompanied by Mrs. Helen Kellert Ramming, both aunts of the bride, provided the wedding music.

Special guests included the bride’s grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Edward Kellert of Monmouth, 111.

The bride and her father designed her gown of ivory double sided bridal satin and Alencon lace. Fashioned by Elfie Schmid, the gown featured a chapel length train and fingertip veil.

The matron of honor was Mrs. Jennifer Matune Smith.
