event will begin at 10 a.m. and end at 1 p.m. As in the past we need many volunteers in order for this to be a safe and fun experience for everyone involved. If you are able to help in any way, we need to know as soon as possible.
DARE Officer and Event Organizer Captain Jeff Brown needs help marking spaces and setting up tents for exhibitors on Thursday, May 31 as soon as school buses are dismissed at 3:30 p.m. If you are free, please call him at RCHS (9878575). If you are free on Friday to do any one or more of the 70+ tasks that need to be performed, please call Volunteer Coordinator Jan Makela at RCES (987-8259). We especially need volunteers to help in the SmokeHouse. This is one of the greatest educational exhibits for our children, but it also needs the greatest number of volunteers.
