TELECOMMUNICATIONS ORDINANCE
AMENDMENTS TO THE ZONING CHAPTER
OF THE RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY CODE
The Rappahannock County Board of Supervisors shall hold a public hearing on proposed language relating to the regulation of telecommunications facilities, as amendments to the Zoning Chapter of the Rappahannock County Code, on Monday, June 4, 2001, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA.
The proposed amendments will be considered by the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at a hearing to be held on May 16, 2001, at 7:00 p.m. at the Courthouse in Washington, VA.
The proposed amendments alter fees for applications, clarify submission requirements, create a different category of stealth antenna support structures and standards for same, mid create a right of entry for inspection by the County of Rappahannock, among other changes.
