• Rase Ann Sharp, during the public comments portion of the meeting, updated the Board on private contributions to school-related causes. She noted that $/300 had been received last month from the Lions Club and individuals for a girls' softball dugout, and that the dugout will be dedicated on Friday, April 5, before the game with Manassas Park. She also noted that $23,000 of the $25,000 required to start a football program had been received this month.

• The Board unanimously reappoinsioners Tom Junk of the Piedmont District and Raymond Brown of the Jackson District to new terms.
