Virginia will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 10, 2002, at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall on Gay and Calvert Streets in Washington, Virginia to consider the following application: TW SU #02-03-01 The Inn at Little Washington, by their agent Edward Fletcher, Maintenance Manager, desire a Special Use permit to construct two (2) cottages on their property behind their gift shop located at 437 Main Street (Tax Map 20A-1-17A, zoned Village-Mixed Use). Each cottage will have 1,750 square feet and will be used as rooms for guest accommodations. Use allowed under Section 1-4-3f. of the Town of Washington Zoning Ordinance. A copy of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection. Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 290 Gay Street, Washington, Virginia 22747.
