Headwaters, The Rappahannock County Public Education Foundation, has obtained a limited edition of eight prints of this cartoon by Pulitzer Prize winner Jeff MacNelly and is selling them in conjunction with its annual fund raiser. Headwaters’ mission is to foster educational excellence by cultivating the cooperative spirit and resources of the whole community to benefit all students.
Proceeds from the sale of the prints (and from the sold-out “Taste of Rappahannock” evening on Sept. 14 ) will support Headwaters’ many projects directly enhancing the education of our county children. This year these projects include:
