The Rappahannock County sports teams have kicked off their fall sports seasons with every team except the 8th/9th grade football and Junior Panther Girls' Basketball teams in action.
Varsity girls’
The varsity girls' basketball team opened their regular season dropping an 80-30 decision to Central of Woodstock. The Lady Panthers held tough through the first quarter but the Lady Falcons took charge for the win.
Rachel Sharp had 15 points for the Panthers.
Junior varsity
The junior varsity Lady Panthers played the Falcons very tough but came up on the short end of a 48-27 score.
