Responsibilities include: conducting computer searches in numerous databases, creating and maintaining Access databases and generating Access statistical reports. communicating with vendors, maintaining files, contacting patrons, and preparing packages for shipment. In addition, this position is expected to share circulation duties, assist library users, and perform light data entry . Knowledge of basic library functions and activities is desirable. Scheduled hours include rotating Saturdays.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor degree, experience and working knowledge of computers, Windows, Access databases, w ord processing and Excel. Position open until filled.
