OUT-OF-THE-ATTIC: This postcard was mailed Sept. 3,1907 to Miss Russie Payne at Cresthill. It is in Mrs. Ellen M. Welch's collection and the postcard was an advertisement for property for sale in Coleman Park, Washington D. C., where villa sites were going for ten cents, 12 cents and 15 cents a square foot.
