As it is now, the county picks up some of the tab on some of the office expenses of a few of these agencies and pays part of some salaries (Commissioner of Revenue and Treasurer) and is reimbursed by the state for some others like Nancy Newlin, the Registrar of Voters.
All of these people and departments are expecting further cuts.
