On our prayer list for the week we have Mrs. Lucille Baylor, Mrs. Anna Dodson, Mrs. Dell Dodson, Mrs. Lucy Bailey, Mrs. Shirley Brown, Mrs. Rosie Wharton, Mrs. Elizabeth Deane, Mrs. Millie Jenkins, Mrs. Janet Peregory, Mrs. Missy Bragg, Mr. Bernard Jenkins, and many more; all of whom are known by our Lord.
Nazareth Baptist Church on Route 707 has Sunday School at 10 a.m. each second and fourth Sunday and worship services each fourth and second Sunday at 11 a.m. and Pastor Howard Frye and his congregation extend an invitation.
Heartfelt sympathy goes out to the family of Mrs. Rosie Jenkins, who having been a resident of Culpeper Health Care Center for a number of years, passed away there on Aug. 24 at the age of 86.
On Saturday, Sept. 7 there will be a conservation tour highlighting projects on local farms. This is a free tour. For more information call the Culpeper Soil and Water District Office at 825-8591.
