The intention of the Rappahannock News always
is to please our readers and citizens. We would
like to write just about the good things in Rappahannock, the beauty of a place we all love and call home but the real world is getting much closer to Rappahannock than we may care to think about.
Last week the Rappahannock News reported on a case in Fauquier County which had strong Rappahannock ties. It not only involved a Rappahannock child who attended a Rappahannock school, it involved a home environment that was receiving Rappahannock County funds to support that child. It was undoubtedly within our purview to report this case of indecent liberties with a minor.
