Elise Harris-Foster, daughter of Camille Harris and Patrick Foster, graduated from Guilford College in Greensboro, N.C. on May 11, 2002, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and concentration in fine art.
Prior to graduating from Guilford, she attended Simon’s Rock College of Bard in Great Barrington, Mass, for one and a half year.
She left high school one year early in order to begin college at Simon’s Rock and later transferred to Guilford.
Miss Foster lived in Rappahannock County with her parents and her sister, Ariele Harris-Foster, until 1990 when her family moved to Richmond.
She is the granddaughter of Randolph and Lilo Foster of Flint Hill
Miss Foster received a scholarship to study abroad and spent a semester in the Italian Alps studying in medieval castle pursuing her interest in art.
She graduated with honors and was on the Dean’s list.
