• Students in grades five through seven are signing up for next year's competition of Battle of the Books, which takes place the beginning of May. Students must read twenty books and be thoroughly knowledgeable about them in order to compete. Good luck!
• The Homecoming Dance slated for Oct. 12 will have a Mardi Gras theme, and students are excitedly planning their* "eyewear".
Prizes will be handed out for the most bizarre headgear, and the food will have a New Orleans flair. Spicy!
