Mr. Cowgill was predeceased by two sons, Robert E. Cowgill and James “Jim” Cowgill: a grandson. Jody Henley; a granddaughter, Josie Colvin; one great-grandson, Josh Cowgill; one brother. Thomas Cowgill and a sister. Helen Smeltzer.
