Wharton, owner of 5.2874 acres on Rt. 626 in Stonewall-Hawthorne District (Tax Map 50, Parcel 48A, zoned ‘A’-Agricultural) desires a Special Exception permit to subdivide a parcel such that a sixth family division would be created. Use allowed under Section 170-36A of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance; additional standards under Section 170-40A(3) of the Ordinance. A COPY of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
