Our track team has to practice on the pavement in front of the school after the buses leave, as we do not have a regulation track for them. We have not had a track meet here in years because the track is not up to state standards.
Mr. Tble commented about the football coaches’ salaries. The school pays all other sports coaches; last years coaches were not paid. They volunteered their time and money to the team. Football will, in the near future, bring plenty of revenue into the school system.
A lot of residents and nonresidents donate their time, money and energy to this school system. When was the last time Mr. Tble or Mr. Makela spent the day at RCES or RCHS making copies for a teacher, or taking tieket^,at a sporting event, or worked in the concession stand.
