Forbush, Dudley and David Semmes and Klara and Freddie Kummli who allowed their bams to be used for the stable management portion of the competition, the contestants had an opportunity to meet some of Flint Hill’s loveliest equines in the idyllic settings of Foxhall Farm, Indian Run Farm and Sandy Hook Stables.

And Horse Country’s “Trigger” was on loan for the day, gracing center stage in the Wakefield gymnasium, which was used for the Mega Room and Stations portions of the competition.

Tables from one end of the room to the other were laden with wonderfully detailed displays, covering such topics as poisonous plants, saddles and bits, parasites, proper dressage attire, horse conformation, and other challenging subjects.
