Pursche bought a home in Orlean and decided to open his own consulting company. His phone started ringing at once. “Now I’m picking and choosing toy work,” Pursche said. “It has to be fun, it has to fit around my life, and I either have to make a lot of money, or it has to be a situation where I work for free.
