A group of eight has been visiting other schools to observe their systems of teaching in the hopes of learning how to improve the one in Rappahannock.
Other areas under examination for improvement are providing equitable regional compensation for the schools’ staff, the foreign language department, technical and career programs, guidance counseling, extracurricular activities, the fine arts programs, and coordinating the K12 curriculum.
