Pursuant to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.22204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 7, 2005 at 7:00 PM in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia in order to consider the following application:
