For sale by sealed bid, per vehicle. Bids are due not later than 4:30 P.M., January 18, 2005 at 15361 Bradford Road, P.O. Box 1568, Culpeper, VA 22701. Bids may be mailed Attention: Procurement Department, or dropped off in person during business hours.

All bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Surplus Vehicle Bid”.1 he Board reserves the right to refuse any or all bids. All vehicles will be sold as is. All vehicles need repair. Vehicles must be removed from RRCSB property within one week of notification to the successful bidder.

These vehicles may be examined between 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday-Friday at 15361 Bradford Road, Culpeper. Maintenance records are available for inspection on each vehicle. (540-825-3100, Extension 3143)
