Supervisors was very pleased with the contract that was signed by the purchaser, M.T. Puskar Construction Company, Inc. of Alexandria.
Not only will the purchasers be required to assist with the cost of the monitoring — taking a portion of the financial burden off of the county — but the property will now be put back on the county tax rolls and provide employment opportunities for the county.
M.T. Puskar has reported to the Board of Supervisors that it intends to use the building for office space, storage, warehouse and possibly some retail space.
