FEBRUARY 3 New Mother Support Group If you have just given birth to your first child or your next child, you will find a warm welcome to this supportive group The group meets on the first Thursday of each month and will be led by a registered nurse Babies and healthy siblings are invited, as well You can weigh your baby, ask questions, share ideas and concerns with other moms. STARTS FEBRUARY 7 LAMAZE Prepared Childbirth Series To prepare for your delivery day, The Family Birth Center of Culpeper Regional Hospital provides in-depth instruction on labor, delivery, pain control, relaxation techniques, vaginal and cesarean birth, and other topics surrounding the birth experience to you and your labor coach. Prepared Childbirth is taught during a six-week series by a Registered Nurse who is certified in LAMAZE Childbirth Education. The cost for a complete series is $60 The next 6 week Series 1 of 2005 will be held February 7, 14, 21, 28 then continuing through March 7 and 14 7-9 pm ,
