Rappahanock News Staff Writer „ Sunnyside Farms, a local 400-acre organic farm, has been sold to the Lapham family for $7,500,000.00. Nicholas Lapham works for the World Wildlife Fund (WWF.) The WWF leads international efforts to protect endangered species and their habitats. “I have been coming to Rappahannock County since I was a little boy,” said Nicholas Lapham. “I always thought of it as a wonderful place, I guess you could say that it’s actually where my interest in conservation began,” he said with a grin.
Nicholas’ father, Anthony Lapham, is a member of the advisoiy board of the Krebser Fund for Rappahannock County Conservation (KFRCC).
