Must have a strong working knowledge of standard concepts, practices and procedures within Workers Compensation, OSHA, Disability, FMLA and Rtsk Management Good analytical, organizational and problem solving skills and the ability to perform statistical and trend analyses and generate reports required. Experience proactively managing cases to successful outcomes needed. Experience with self-insured Workers Compensation program desired.
